I have downloaded the premium version of bloggn theme from Envato.  After installation on Wordpress, the 'theme options' plugin is failing to install. The following is the message I'm receiving:  Downloading installation package from http://bloggin.thememeister.com/theme-plugins/kirki.zip…. Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Please fix this ASAP. I have rightfully purchased this theme, and need this issue sorted ASAP.
