Thanks so much for letting us know about this.

The plugin is not available anymore from WP repository but we've just updated the theme on Themeforest and now the plugin can be installed directly from plugins author github page.

When I try to install the plugin for the Blggn theme it says something went wrong with the API.....It's only happening to the WP Instagram widget.
