Unfortunately it's not a Muse template but a pure HTML one.

It can be edited with any text/code editor, we like using Atom and Brackets (both are free).

If you need more visual type of editor than I suggest trying Adobe Dreamweaver.

… I thought it was an adobe muse template... I now see that it is not. What program do I even use to edit this template with? I can most likely do it all I just need pointed in the right direction.
