Hi Raphael,

The category / archives pages are non-editable on any theme (the WordPress does not allow it) so in order to add custom text can be done only if you edit the main template for category archives which is category.php file from theme folder.

I don't recommend this but if you want to you can edit the theme files by navigating to Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > then on the right side choose category.php file.

On category's pages, I would like to know how to add a block of textabove the posts please ?

For exemple,on this page http://ledeclicanticlope.com/votre-motivation/ i would like add text  below the title "Votre motivation".
