So sorry for not responding sooner.

The WPBakery page builder is bundled with the theme but does not come with license key. Their policy is that end user purchase their own copy of plugin if needs support.

I can only suggest to try the latest version of WPbakery plugin. Please find the plugin zip attached. To install it in your WordPress, please within your dashboard navigate to Plugins > then delete the WPBakery page builder plugin and then at the top of the page click "Add New" > then click on "Upload Plugin" and select the zip file you've downloaded.

Weirder yet, I can't get a single plugin related to galleries to work without it removing the "Featured Image" section of posts. I'm guessing the WPbakery issue might need support from them, but I can't submit a ticket without registering with a license and I can't find that anywhere. I attached an image of what the "Featured Image" dropdown looks like when I try to install a plugin related to image galleries.
